‘Curlew’ is on the East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation – throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. There are two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West.
Living as close as is humanly possible to the sea, without the movement of a boat! The Chalet is actually on a raised platform on the beach, the French doors open onto a balcony where all you can see is the ever changing water and sky.

Open lounge with balcony, two bedrooms (one double one with twin singles, further sleeping space in lounge) a bathroom with power shower and bath, toilet and washbasin plus heated towel rail. Great kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and fridge, sink and sliding table to create different space for large or small groups. Table and chairs to eat outdoors too.
Parking is free to guests staying at the Chalet (max two cars free) but please send me your car registration number in advance so I can book you in.
The steps to and from the Chalet are quite steep.
